Planning, Pricing and Process
A goal without a plan is just a wish.
The Planning and Interviewing Stages

When you’re in the beginning stages of any project, it’s important to start by reviewing and planning your budget and/or financing you may need to obtain to complete the renovation. You may not be aware of what the project will cost, and that’s ok! We have created the below as a rough guide to assist in the planning phase of your search. Remember, each project is unique with different variables, so pricing may vary. This rough guide does not mean this will be your project range or cost. If you’d like to review your project with us, please schedule a virtual consultation with us. We’d be happy to review your project specifically.
We always recommend obtaining three estimates (max) before moving forward with your project. When obtaining estimates, you may receive a wide range of price ranges, in fact, that's very common! Some things to consider when obtaining estimates that may affect the price include quality of finished material, quality of the company, capabilities and credentials of the company, reputation, services provided (design, project management, etc.) and so on. It’s a good idea to keep the above in mind, when you’re in the interviewing stage of the process.
